Someone please explain this one to me.

Now, I have no problem with the Yankees >$200 million payroll willing them the World Series, or "Mike" Bloomberg taking the mayoral election after a hundred million dollar campaigning effort (OK, maybe I have a little problem, but we live in a capitalistic society, what are you going to do?), but this just seems ridiculous. I know Citigroup employs a ton of people, but MSKs employment figures don't include the PATIENTS. You know, the ones with severely weakened immune systems due to chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Grrrr.
